As you may be aware, FTX has learned that Kroll Restructuring Administration LLC (“Kroll”), the Court-appointed claims and noticing agent for the FTX bankruptcy proceeding, experienced a cybersecurity incident that compromised non-sensitive data belonging to certain claimants in the pending bankruptcy case. Kroll has assured FTX that it promptly contained and remediated the incident, and we continue to closely monitor the situation.

In response to the cybersecurity incident at Kroll, FTX has taken the precautionary measure of temporarily freezing affected user accounts within the customer claims portal. We understand the concerns this may cause, and we thank you for your patience. We will be in touch in due course to explain the next steps. Importantly, FTX account passwords were not maintained by Kroll, and FTX’s own systems were not affected. In addition, the filed claim data that you submitted via the Kroll customer claims portal is still intact and recorded on the claims register. There is no need to modify your claim or accepted schedule as a result of this incident.

We recommend being cautious of any unsolicited communications or requests for personal information, including potential phishing emails. If you received an email from info@omnichannel.blaster.biz or another communication purporting to be from individuals associated with the FTX bankruptcy case, such as an email stating that withdrawals are now available on your FTX account, do not click on any links contained in such an email as it is part of a phishing scam and is not a genuine message sent from or on behalf of FTX or Kroll. Remember to check the original address of any email purporting to be sent on behalf of FTX or Kroll to confirm it is authentic. Additional information about how you can protect yourself from identity theft and fraud is also available on Kroll’s website, at: https://ftxquestions.kroll.com/.

Друзья, всем добрейшего времени суток!
Как-то я совсем выпал из всей этой истории из-за работы.
Будьте добры, подскажите по следующим вопросам:

В шаге №5 нечаянно подал две заявки на клейм. Насколько это критично и можно ли как-то удалить вторую заявку?
Насколько долго идет ответ от Kroll в формате файла-pdf о том, что заявка пришла и обработана ими?
Как скоро обновится статус в шаге №5 после подачи заявки.
В шаге номер три все еще идет проверка KYC, хотя данные были поданы мной еще месяц назад? Как лечится данная история: есть у кого-то успехи на данной поприще?

🤓 До банкротства FTX приобрела яхту для бывшего генерального директора Alameda

Кредиторы FTX во главе с новым генеральным директором биржи Джоном Рэем обнаружили очередные нецелевые траты бывшего руководства компании.

В частности, на личные счета Сэма Бэнкмана-Фрида поступило более $900 млн и $3,5 млн бывшему генеральному директору Alameda Кэролайн Эллисон.

В списке также указана выплата для American Yacht Group в размере $2,5 млн за бывшего со-генерального директора Alameda Сэмюэля Трабукко.

Когда Трабукко покидал компанию он сообщил, что приобрел себе яхту.

Если у вас статус "contingent" и вам приходилось заполнять много-много страниц, то, скорее всего, у вас есть залоченные монеты (ну либо вы подозреваетесь во фроде или у вас есть есть задолженности перед самим ФТХ).

Debtor FTX Trading Ltd. has listed your claim on Schedule E/F, Part 2 as an Contingent General Unsecured claim in an
Undetermined amount. You must timely file a proof of claim or be forever barred from recovery.

И да, конечно задолженности были, в долг брались доллары под обеспечение монетами, и монеты какие-то тоже.

И что им писать, какие proof of claim им надо?

Две заявки это плохо, но сделать нчего нельзя, надейтесь на лучшее.

Напишите в поддержку, в теме были контакты, замечено, чот после письма как-то быстрее проверять будут. Поддержка уверяла, что KYC статус ни на что не влияет.

А вообще всё уже обсуждалось в теме миллион раз, перечитайте.
