Hello!
I have problems and you can help me.
I am using winxp and older versions of browsers. But the internet
works without problems.
The problem appeared only recently, on the wewin.ru forum. There,
half of the buttons do not work for me. And other questions arise.
That forum is using NodeBB. I tried to get support from NodeBB but
mail is not responding
no chat
it is impossible to register on their forum (see screenshot)
Then I decided to find other forums that use NodeBB and get help there.
On your forum, I see everything and all buttons work for me. This
means that the problem at wewin.ru is not in my old browsers and not
in nodeBB. Probably everything is determined by the version of nodeBB
and its configuration.
What is your version of NodeBB?
Did you do something specifically to support older browsers?
Why do you think it is so difficult to get help from NodeBB?

We're currently running v1.14.3. I'm surprised that it still works for you on this version. We have some custom forum enhancements but nothing aimed specifically at supporting older browsers. I've never had a problem getting help from the NodeBB guys, and a few of them are semi-active on our forum.
